Return & Refund Policy

At Kashio, your satisfaction is our top priority.
Our policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery.
If 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

  1. Shipping Policy
    We provide Free Forward Shipping (delivery to you), but Reverse Shipping (returns back to us) is chargeable.
    Shipping within India involves costs, which we cover for deliveries so you enjoy Free Shipping on all orders.

  2. Return Shipping Charges
    Return charges range between ₹66.00 to ₹130.00, depending on your location.
    This amount will be deducted from your total order value, and the remaining balance will be refunded via your preferred payment method (bank transfer or UPI).

  3. Damaged Product Returns
    Only items damaged during shipping are eligible for a free return, provided you share proof of damage in the form of a video.

    • The video must be recorded while receiving the parcel from the delivery executive and opening it in a single take, without any cuts or edits.

    • Products without valid proof of damage will not qualify for free return.

  4. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care products


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us

  • Products missing parts or original packaging

  • Returns initiated after 3 days of delivery


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or UPI again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — refunds may take time to appear.

  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at support@kashio.in.


Sale Items

Please note:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the gift was shipped to the giver, the refund will be sent directly to them.


How to Return Your Product

You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged or replacement items may vary.
